Cancellation and Deposit

Deposit

Deposit is required for clients with a history of not showing up (flake).

Cancellattion

1. Clients are allowed to cancel appointments up to 24 hours in advance.

2. After the third cancellation, clients will be blocked from booking appointments with us.

Last Minute Cancellation

Last-minute cancellations without a valid reason may result in immediate and permanent blocking from booking future appointments.
